After giving your life to Jesus, the Bible teaches us to be baptized in water. Water baptism is an outward expression of an inward change — a public declaration that you are now following Jesus. It symbolizes your old life being buried and your new life beginning with Him.

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” Matthew 28:19
